a simply enormous weyr, built in the side of a beautiful mountainside. with training grounds, and the Alathar Hold below it, Alathar Weyr is well known across the lands.

great trees, taller even than a gold dragon, with thick moss and vines hanging. The forest is nearly impossible to travel through, though legends speek of the ruins of a once great hold that from which many great Dragonriders came. Though most believe it to be only myth... is it?
